     My name is Tricia Brophy, I come from a family with a deep Equestrian History. My Grand Father was an avid Horseman and participated in many disciplines, ( Jumping, Polo, Racing, Breeding, and Ranching). He passed this love onto my sister who became a Thoroughbred Trainer, and while visiting her at Louisiana Downs I became intrigued. I became one of the first Equine Physical Therapists in the early 1990's and eventually I trained in Acupuncture.
In 1995, through my Acupuncture training, I developed a friendship with a gifted Veterinarian.
